happy labor day! blah blah

so i'm not really sure the whole point of labor day...is it to celebrate all the people that work? like secretarie's day celebrates secretaries? if that's the case shouldn't secretaries get that day off? i mean i'm not complaing. labor day is one out of four holidays of the year the the wonderful university of missouri-columbia gives it's students off...the others being martin luther king day, turkey day and xmas. we don't even get a winter break! 4 years later..still bitter about that.

right now i'm watching season 4 of the office bloopers....well i was until my dvd messed up. mb i'll watch 30 rock...the office is really the only show i can watch over and over again without getting sick of it.

so on usa channel/network whatever they're having an "emmy marathon weekend" and showing monk/house/law & order:svu marathons...sooo guess what i did all day yesterday? yea that's right laid (layed?) in bed all mf-ing day blog hopping and watching law&order and stuffing my face with oreos. it was heaven. although the only sad part is that when i woke up at 7something this morning i finished off the last of the cookies. i was pretty proud of myself...tking only 2 1/4 days to eat the whole package..i probably shouldn't be, but it's the little things in life.

was fiiiinnally able to watch my bootleg copy of harry potter 6. loves that movie. rupert grint sho could get it whenever he wanted it....that malfoy kid is looking better and better too...

might be time for a haircut soon..

so a few days ago i found out that my school has 11,096 undergraduate male students...and yet a sister is still single. i have been single since may of 2008...i think...let me think about it..yea since last may. which doesn't seem like a long time, just over a year. but in reality it seems like forever ....why me lord? i really am starting to believe i was an evil doer in my past life. so unfair. i have freckles for petesake!! and an awesome gold nose ring..I'm a catch! I still know all the words to every backstreet boys song...i could do a one girl show of phantom of the opera, moulin rouge and pride & prejudice! i'm not THAT messy...i may acquire a few crumbs from eating in bed, but nothing too extreme. i have a cute, short curly fro-thing. w.e at least i have my health.

GOOD NEWS TIME!

• my favorite show The Office starts back up again sept 17th. must find a way to get season 5...i'm technically not supposed to be student charging at the bookstore anymore since i ran out of $ to pay for school. so we shall see.
• 30 rock starts in october....so far away but excitement is still being expressed on my part
  went to academic retention services yesterday and had major help in planning my future...which took a lot of stress off my shoulders...whoo whoo!
• got my beef n broccoli w/white rice fix today...who knew mall chinese food could taste so good?! Yummers !
  

still working on tattoo #2. i want another one soooo bad!! it's addicting. mmm christian bale = yummy. (im watching the dark knight) i've heard people (mostly media) say bad things about maggie gyllenhaal's looks...not cool. 1. she's super cute 2. she's an awesome actress. ok i think she's really cute and a good actress. speaking of my opinoin, why on earth is miley cyrus of all people a part of vh1's divas live show this year after 5 f-ing years of the show not happening?!?!?!?! i'm super pissed!!! what about REAL performers?! beyonce? shakira? jennifer hudson? taylor swift? women who can actually sing!?! ugh!!! damn you vh1!!! whatever. miley can blow me..can't stand her.

looking back on my last post i realized i forgot to put up a picture of my sister. holy toledo today was a rough day...idk what's been going on, but lately I've been going through some serious mood swings. not very fun. second night this week I cried forever and ever. (one of my pillowcases is still stained from sunday...too lazy to wash it before laundry day..whenever that'll be)I just don't understand why people have to grow up? it's really not fair. i'm sure I sound super selfish, but i don't care. it makes me sad. when i was in high school i believed that crying, even for no reason, was a stress reliever and a way get my emotion off my shoulders and blah blah....i really dont feel like that anymore...now if i'm sad enough i'll cry, when my my eyes have dried up because i'm out of tears i'm still sad...crying solves absolutely nothing. still don't have what i want . ugh. i should probably stop complaining.

so a&e has been playing criminal minds like hotcakes (so that really doesn't make any sense, i just wanted an excuse to use hotcakes) and i must say the guy who plays spencer reed (matthew gray gruber) is sooo cute!! he plays a genius on the show and he does a really good job, there have been a few dramatic scens with his character...he gets props from me. and shemar moore?! don't get me started on that man...pure fine chocolately muscle. the only thing i hate about the marathons on a&e is that they start the episodes over again..ohwells.

i need a drink and a smoke. apparently the government is going to make cloves illegal here soon...if they weren't so expensive and i smoked them on a regular basis i would totally stock up....but seeing as how they arent' and i dont ...probs wont. wow has it been awhile.....let's see recap recap...successfully celebrated my 21st birthday (aka got completely drunk every weekend).

spent some long awaited, much needed quality time with my homie slice fo life (yea I said it) Bree. Also spent some time with my favorite guy Brandon boo..(can't believe he's 9!! he's soo tall, he comes up to my boobs! which sometimes makes hugging kind of awkward.

Now I'm at school...survived the first week..barely. I like all my classes except my month long Mass Extinctions class...BLecccH!! so confusing. I really want to adopt my African American Women in History professor as my aunt...she's amazing!

So yesterday I discovered Tai-Pei frozen chinese dinners....i must say they save lives...pretty good for frozen food. however I made the mistake of getting garlic shrimp w/veggies ...i've been blasting off for hours..should've known better..garlic and I have never gotten along. i guess it's a good thing my friend didn't come over..how embarrassing..but still sad he never called....boo.

I did absolutely nothing productive tonight...so sad. been in one of my moods lately...got way too drunk saturday night and made a HUUUUGE mistake that i would pay big $$ to take back...ugh...I'm such an idiot..don't know what happened. as a result I probably won't be drinking for awhile...actually I have no $ ....$ for alcohol is the main reason i'm going to apply for jobs...so sad.It's weird how some people from my past decided to reappear at the same time...i feel like it was planned or something.
